For some crazy reason I agreed to do a mixed Hyrox with Chris over in Dublin in November. That means I have to do really hard exercises and a lot of running. Chris will have to do even more!!

For this race we are representing Macmillon Cancer Care team and trying to raise £800 (we’ve raised £250 already) to this wonderful charity,

As someone (no doubt like many of you) who’s had family member go through cancer, raising money for a charity that supports people and their family through their potentially darkest days is a great cause and we’re proud to be supporting them.

ANY donation even .50p/£1 is hugely appreciated and we’ll be doing our very best to beat our £800 target between now and November!
