Please Read!!!

If you know me you know I am not the type to beg anyone for anything or ask for help because I believe in taking care of my Responsibilities, and have always been a hard worker, but for the past 4 months I have been battling Severe Heart Failure and I am currently Hospitalized and my heart is at the End Stage!! The doctors are currently doing all they can to keep me here for my Family! I have to have a Heart Transplant, but in the meantime My doctors are Pushing For A Heart Pump to Keep me Alive until a heart becomes Available if my insurance approves! Without this procedure I have been given 6 months to a year to live. I have a Baby boy due to arrive any day now and we have 4 other Beautiful kids we care for and my Wife will be out of work soon also for maternity Leave! With this current hospitalization it is unclear if and when I will be able to return to work. We’re asking for your help. No amount is too small. We will use the funds to help with Baby Supplies, Food, Transportation Cost, Medical Expenses, and Utilities. Any support is appreciated.
