Chris and Darcel Cancer Fight Fund

Our beautiful pirate Chris set sail on her final destination on Sunday, February 26, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving gypsy wife Darcel (and their children) who shared the following with us ❤️:

I've written and rewritten this post many times...looking for the way to say what feels like the impossible.

Chris passed today, her hand in mine, peacefully surrounded by family. Vivaldi played in the background and a rainbow graced the ceiling above her head.

Thank you all for your love and support over the last 2 years. I ask that you give us grace as we navigate the next few days. It may take me a while to answer messages and texts, but know we appreciate and love you all.

Hello friends. Chris received the biopsy results of the uterine mass. It was diagnosed at stage 3 and she will be required to do 28 radiation treatments. More than ever, let’s try to reach the goal set for the Go Fund Me to continue to help and support Chris and Darcel as they continue this journey. Thank you all for your generosity .

Two very wonderful women many of us know from the ME Cruise are facing a challenge and we want to show them our love and support as they face this. Chris recently underwent cancer surgery and is home reconvening. They are both artists and we know what the pandemic has done to self- employed artists. If you can help, great. If not, words, thoughts and best wishes work too!
