Chris Aday needs our Help!
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Brian Henderson. I am asking for a little help for a good friend, Chris Aday, that has an uphill battle ahead of him.
I have known Chris since we were kids, we went to school together in a small town known as Washington, OK. Upon graduation, we both eventually started Lawn Service businesses. Chris is the Owner/Operator of Mr. Cutter Lawn Care. Being an Owner/Operator has its challenges. If you were to fall ill or get injured, there is not a huge employee base to pick up slack till you get better. You just have to work through it, and that is just what Chris has always done.
Chris did not ask nor has he ever asked for help, but now is a time that I believe he could use some. Chris was scheduled for a spinal fusion on two vertebrae this month. That in itself is tough enough when you have a physically demanding job, but the bad news was just starting. As he was waiting at the surgical center on the day of his surgery, the Doctor brings him back and tells him they are going to have to postpone the fusion because of irregularities in his pre-op bloodwork. From there he was sent to an Oncologist, where he was diagnosed with Leukemia. The spinal fusion will have to wait as he will start Chemo to battle leukemia this week.
All this comes when he is heading into his busiest part of the year with Mr. Cutter Lawn Care. He will be faced not only with a debilitated spine that needs to be fused but undergoing chemo treatments to fight Leukemia all while trying to work through it to provide for his family.
I am going to put my money where my mouth is and match the first $1000.00 of donations that come in. All donations will go straight to Chris and his wife Ladonna to help with medical bills and to possibly hire additional help for Mr. Cutter. They will use the funds as they see fit. I hope you will help me in helping someone that has always helped others and never asked for anything in return.
Thanks,
Brian Henderson
