Chona and Philippines Mission team

As some of you are aware Chona Borres and her team were in a bus accident in the Philippines on the way to Manila last week. She is recovering well after having two surgeries on a 15in head wound.  One of the other member of the team Pastor Boy has had two surgeries on his left arm that was crushed.

The rest of the team 5 members are recovering and have been discharged from the hospital. The funds raised will go toward covering extra medical costs. Chona does have travel insurance but there will be extra costs for care as she recovers. The funds will also help to cover family costs for travel to support Chona and the team after the accident.
