This is to raise funds for newer model handicap accessible van.  Jacob is a 30 year old young man diagnosed with Dystrophic Dysplasia Dwarfism.   He never used his disability as a crutch.  After finding music in High School he set goals for himself at an early age.  He knew he wanted to be a music educator.  The school he is teaching at saw something in him and hired him.  He has since achieved many choir awards for his school.  Jacob is a very independent young man and being able to drive to and from work is a big part of his independence.  Now, that is being challenged.  The van he is driving has an outdated lift that can no longer be fixed due to no parts available.   He can't have a newer ramp installed because his van is an older model 2007.  The only option is to purchase a "newer van" that has a ramp already installed.
