Chocolate Program in France!

Being originally from Belgium, I grew up eating the world's finest chocolates, but it wasn't until I moved to Northern California and signed up for a chocolate making class that learned how to create my own fantastic chocolates! My passion for fine cooking and my addiction to chocolate have combined in a way that allows me to express my creativity through this delightful form of art. I am inspired by seasonal flavors and stay true to using high quality, fair trade cacao along with local and organic ingredients.

I have successfully been making and selling chocolates for over a year now, experimenting with flavor infusions, and truly learning as I go. Now I am ready to further my skills at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie Chocolate & Confectionery Arts Program in France! This culinary arts school in south-central France will provide me with a robust, intensive, professional education to advance my career in chocolate and ultimately start my own business. The money I am raising on GoFundMe will be used to pay my tuition of € 8,100 ($9,933) for the two-month education starting August 13, 2018. Your loving donations will also go towards my fees of € 500 ($613) for participating in a one-month internship following the program.

Because the program is so intensive, I will not have time to work and earn money during my stay, so I have started this crowd funding campaign in order to help with the financial load. I feel incredibly grateful to you for any amount of donations towards my goal! You will be helping me accomplish my dream of becoming a master chocolatier. I'm filled with joy each time I see that happiness on people's faces when they bite into my chocolates and I know that this is my calling.
