Choccys dental surgery

My names Kim and I'm fundraising for my gorgeous chihuahua Choccy.

She has stage 3 periodontitis which is a bad infection in her teeth and gums and they need to remove them before it causes damage to her organs.

Choccy is my world and it's so upsetting seeing her unwell. Unfortunately surgery and vet trips and medication is super expensive and not something I can easily afford so I'm asking anyone that has even a few quid, to donate and help please!
