Imagine if you will... a dedicated Chocolate Visitor Experience for the North Coast – a venue designed to showcase our collective love of chocolate, with workshop space for education and tastings, for creation and making, and for exploring the wonderful world of chocolate. Imagine a place that would be make the chocolate dreams of kids and adults come alive. A venue for schools and groups of all kinds to gather, to learn and to experience chocolate making and tasting.

Since we began seven years ago, The Chocolate Manor has become the producer of choice for indulgent, delicious and creative personalised chocolate and bespoke chocolate experiences. We are a proud member of the Taste Causeway Collaborative Growth Network, showcasing the Coast with the Most!
I am the founder, Geri Martin, a mum of two from Coleraine, and I have poured my passion and creativity into every bar we’ve made, every workshop we’ve hosted and every personalised piece we have designed. Our range of delicious handcrafted creations allow our customers to delight and impress theirs, and I recently began to employ local staff to help us grow the business even further.
I also share my enthusiasm and love of chocolate through interactive, educational and indulgent chocolate experiences, including making sessions and tastings for individuals and groups of all ages and sizes.

We have launched this funding project to help us share our love of chocolate with even more people. We have outgrown our current production space and we dream of having our very own Chocolate Manor venue, that will not only allow us to continue to make our very in demand products, but also to welcome visitors who want to learn about, make, taste and experience everything chocolate has to offer!
We have identified the perfect location – and we need your help to transform it into the space we have been dreaming of.

This experience will include a tour of the Manor with our chief chocolatier, a hands on making session creating a selection of truffles, bars and moulded pieces, and then you will go on a tantalising journey through the world of chocolate, exploring some of the finest chocolates from across the globe. The day will include lunch and refreshments.
