Chloe’s bigmoose 10k fundraiser
In April 2024, I will be running 10k in support of the bigmoose charity.
In July I was offered help from bigmoose after agreeing to be referred by a trusted coworker & friend. Even though I wanted the help, i shamelessly ignored their emails and kept pretending everything was fine. Regardless of this, they kept checking in on me and after seeing their persistence to provide me with support, I eventually ended up enrolling for therapy.
i was almost instantly matched with a therapist who specialised in OCD, who over the 4 free sessions provided me with invaluable insight into how to take back control of my life & overall take better care of my mind. I still use all the knowledge Tanya shared with me to this day & know that I am able to reach out to her if need be. The Human Givens approach they take is super insightful, completely different to traditional therapy and has revolutionised my relationship with my mind as well
i cannot thank this charity, and Tanya (my allocated therapist), enough. If there’s one thing I’m certain of, it’s that bigmoose’s work is truly changing, and saving, lives & is worthy of every penny raised
if you would be kind enough to donate to the cause, not only will I be very grateful but you’ll be apart of helping transform lives.
thanks so much for all your support ,
chloe (bigmoose graduate) ✨
