Chloe's veterinary bills

Our 6 month old rescued mixed breed, Chloe, got attacked my an alligator near our backyard. Our house backs up to a wildlife sanctuary and since hurricane Irma, water levels have risen, pushing gators closer to the backyard. The gator was trying to pull her deeper into swamp and she had grabbed onto a branch with her teeth to stay above water. I couldn't reach her. The alligator released her miraculously and she swam to me. We rushed to Courtenay Animal Hospital where she had surgery to correct her split abdominal wall, broken bones, infection, and pulmonary edema. Chloe received her second surgery today and the cost of her intensive care is adding up. She is a fighter and continues to improve with the help of Dr. Chosa and staff.  Anything will help, 5,000 is our goal. Anything over will be donated to Courtenay Animal Hospital and SPCA.
