At just 17 years old, Chloe should be getting ready for graduation, making senior memories, and planning her future. Instead, her family is sitting beside her hospital bed, holding her hand as she remains on life support while doctors search for possible organ donation recipients. Through all of this, Chloe continues to give life and hope to others through the incredible gift of organ donation. Her organs will help 80-100 recipients. Even in heartbreak, her story carries compassion, courage, and love.
