Chloe's first surgery

Hi! My name is Chloe Lynn Sil, and I am pretty special. I work for my service hooman mama, and I love chimpkins. I like to run with my 116 lb brother even though I am averaging 50 lbs. He rolls me over sometimes, but I am tough. Until one evening, I tried to run my brother for a stick. Because, #play #duh

I started screaming and yelling out of nowhere, and mommy carried me home because I couldn't put my leg down. Whelp, the vet guessed, and the surgeon confirmed that I completely tore my CCL (ACL for hoomans) and will need it removed and some cool metal installed. I'll probably deal with this again in my life, but I will be a little more prepared.

In the meantime, I am just trying to live my life with my new brace and stroller to help me get to my favorite poop stops. Pooping is a little hard to get low, but we always get the job done.

The great news: we can get into surgery on the 16th and bring her back to normal and out of pain.

The bad news: The cost is almost 5k, and we have to pay at the time of the surgery (9/16/2022).

Rehab will be another thing, but mama learned to do some at-home rehab, so I am not too worried. My family will hold giveaways through IG #OldWays - more information @ chloe and zeus

Mama is a wreck. Brother can't be home alone without sad howling. Yet, daddy is somehow keeping us all sane.
