Cody and Lauren Creger welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Chloe Gail a month earlier than expected on February 27th.
Shortly after entering the world sweet Chloe was admitted into the NICU and fighting a kidney disease. Cody, Lauren, and Chloe are at Peyton Manning’s Children hospital and are working with her doctors to meet all of her medical needs. Chloe is still in the NICU and we would like to help relieve the financial stress for Cody and Lauren so they can solely focus on bringing their sweet baby Chloe home! Chloe came into this world very eagerly to see her family, so any help to rally around this beautiful family is greatly appreciated on every level.
