Chloe's campaign for Little Hearts Matter

On the 16th of July the world welcomed my friends little boy Teddy Oxer, who has had to fight hypoplastic left heart syndrome since being born. He's overcome so many hurdles at the start of his life. He’s had 2 open heart surgeries, 2 key hole surgeries and still needs 2 more open heart surgeries. We will be doing a 15,000ft sky dive on 26th of April to raise money for ‘little hearts matter’. We are flying for Teddy but his bravery, strength, and determination has made him a real life super hero.
