Chloe Was Hit by an ATV- Help Support Her Recovery
I am Brigid Moran and I am raising funds for my roommate/childhood best friend/ sister of my heart, Chloe Nowicki.
On Sunday morning, June 16th, Chloe was struck by a reckless driver on an ATV at a wedding in Indiana. This resulted in 3 fractures in her femur and an extended stay in an out-of-network hospital where she slept in the hallway for the first night. Chloe received emergency surgery where a metal rod was hammered in her leg.
After a three-day stay in the hospital, followed by a three-day journey back to Wisconsin, I am happy to say that Chloe is safely at home and focusing on her healing. This journey to health is expected to take 6-12 months and we are preparing for the long haul.
Chloe could use monetary support right now to cover accessible accommodations in our home, out-of-network medical bills, follow-up care in Wisconsin, unpaid leave from work, and legal fees. Any amount you can give is greatly appreciated, and if you are not in a spot to give financial support, sharing this fundraiser will help us. We are thankful for any way you are able to support.
