Chloe Parker-Richmond

On Monday January 30th, my little sister was in a car accident and passed away.

She was 18 years old, and a senior in high school. She was the light of every room she walked in to. She was always quick to help people and she loved hard. She was selfless and the only thing she ever wanted was to be surrounded by family and friends. She was 100% herself and she never changed for anyone.

She was an incredible artists and was thinking of pursuing her passion as a career. She loved animals and singing and dancing. She was a swimmer, played volleyball and was very active in ROTC. She was incredibly smart and would have gone on to so many amazing things in this world.

I am creating this to help our parents cover the cost of care, the service and a memorial bench at her favorite park where she spent so much of her youth.
