Chloe Palmer, stage 4 cancer battle

Dear family and friends,

This is Chloe Palmer.  She is a bright, beautiful 3 year old little girl who has just been diagnosed with stage 4 Wilms tumor of her kidney, which has metastasized to her lungs.  This diagnosis comes as a complete shock, and has left her family devistated.  

With the information we have right now, it is inoperable until she undergoes chemo and radiation treatments to shrink the tumor.  She is looking at a full year of treatments.  Her treatments will take place right in Bangor, so thankfully she will not have to travel out of state.  Her biopsy came back today and confirmed what the doctors had originally thought,  it is definitely a Wilms tumor.

This diagnosis hits her family extra hard, as Chloe's paternal grandfather is also battling cancer and undergoing treatments.  It's very overwhelming, to say the least. 

As a single father, Chloe's dad, Greg, will have to miss a lot of work in the coming year and will need financial support to make ends meet.  Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
