Hey there, for those of you who don’t know Chloe Hathaway this is her story.

On March 14th 2025 her life was completely turned upside down as she was diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukaemia) at the age of 25. Since her diagnosis date she has been going through intense chemotherapy and treatment in hospital. Even after leaving the hospital she's been on a very in-depth treatment plan which will require multiple outpatient days at the hospital, including, spinal taps and bone marrow testing.

Before this diagnosis Chloe and her fiancé were planning on getting married this year in August and she was also planning on trialing for the Australian women’s dodgeball team for 2026.

Unfortunately because of this diagnosis both of these milestones/goals will have to be put on hold as her recovery is her top priority.

With Chloe unable to work and her fiancé Josh's capacity to work whilst caring for her being significantly reduced, they are facing financial difficulties as medical bills and living expenses continue to rise. On top of this they have been notified by the wedding venue that there will be an additional significant charge to postpone the wedding date regardless of Chloe's diagnosis.
