Destiny’s journey

Hello everyone, due to recent emergency medical situation My family and I have started this go fund me page for my niece and sister to try and relieve some financial stress.

Destiny is a beautiful, talented, funny, artistic 15 year old girl. A couple of months ago she began having violent seizures that would cause her to pass out and become lethargic. On multiple occasions, she has lost control in her legs which causes her to drop and fall. Destiny has been in the emergency room a couple of times but doctors were unable to determine what was causing these episodes. At her most recent visit this past week after an episode at home, following her discharge, she had a very violent seizure in the parking lot as she walked to her car that lasted over seven minutes. She was forced to go back into the emergency room. Her mom pushed for further evaluation and she was transferred and admitted to a different hospital where they conducted evaluations by a neurologist. As you may know hospital visits can be very expensive and have already accumulated to over $20,000.00. After 6 days in the hospital Destiny is at home now but needs further testing and evaluation. She will have to travel out of state to see other specialists.  Friends and family have recently reached out to see how they can help so I have created this page for anyone who would like to send their support. Anything would be greatly appreciated to help Destiny's journey in obtaining the medical care she needs.
