Estebon's Medical Expenses

We are setting up a campaign to pay the living costs of our beloved dishwasher Estebon for his surgical recovery.  Estebon has had a leg injury for much of his life that causes a painful limp in his right leg.  He is a wonderful employee and family man who has this one opportunity to get the surgery to help correct his problem.  Because of the nature of the injury and Estebon's inability to pay for the hospital bill, he is getting the procedure donated to him.  We are looking to help him and his family live for the few months he will need to recover.  We have a month to raise the money as he will go in for surgery on April 14th.  Estebon is the sweetest employee we have here.  His nickname is 'Chispa' which means 'spark'.  And he is that to us, a spark that keeps our restaurant smiling.  Please help us to give him all the joy he brings to us each day.
