Well this is something I never thought I would have to do but here we go...

At Chips last vet appointment, he had a mass in his groin area biopsied. Before we left the appointment, we had results. It is a mast cell tumor and it should be removed as soon as possible. A few days later, I received a quote for the surgery. A successful surgery, (removing the tumor with clean removal margins) and an uneventful recovery could cost $1,700.00. The very best thing to do at this point is remove the tumor and if you know me even a little bit, it is absolutely tearing me apart that I can't do this for him!
