Chip's Health Crisis: Please Lend a Hand

Our dog Chip is 4 years old. He’s a precious, joyous dog who doesn’t bark very often. He has a very happy, silly personality. Last week, he became very ill and stopped eating and drinking. He has a fever and has lost weight.

We brought him to the vet last Saturday and spent $1,300 for an IV, bloodwork, X-rays, and medications. When we brought him home last night (the vet had no overnight care), he got worse. His fever went up, he was vomiting, and he refused food and water.

We had to take him to another hospital, Blue Pearl Hospital in Clearwater, Florida.

He is currently home recovering slowly. Yesterday he was on an IV and had an ultrasound, and more medications. The bill for Blue Pearl is 2,900. We are praying for his recovery. We are now deeply in debt. Please help us. Please. God bless you.
