CHIPOTLEGATE - Sebastian Tribbie vs Chipotle

Hello, my name is Sebastian Tribbie on April 16th my partner and I ordered 2 chicken bowls from the Charing Cross Chipotle at 6pm.  I had a phone call so I ate 10 minutes after my partner.  At around 2am my partner said that he wasn’t  feeling well and had to run into the bathroom and starting to projectile vomiting.  10 minutes later I had to run into the other bathroom and I started projectile vomiting.  This went on for 4-5 hours.  I threw up 60-70 times, no cap.  After the projectile vomiting we starting to get a fever and cold shakes for about two hours from 7-9am.  It is the sickest I’ve ever been in my life.  We hadn’t eaten anything the entire day.   I google “Chipotle Food Poisoning” and a website called www.iwaspoisoned.com comes up and there are multiple people from different states across the USA experiencing the same symptoms so I tag Chipotle on my Instagram.  I get a message from Chipotle that says we’re concerned and ask for our info.  When I wake up that evening at 5PM I get a call from the head of European operations who seems to be concerned for my health I inform him that I've kept the chicken bowls in the fridge because we only ate a 1/3 of them and asked if he wants to test them for Norovirus, Ecoli, or Salmonella.  He sends a courier to pick them up in 15 minutes I thought that was unusually fast  so just to be safe I took a few scoops from the bowls and froze just in case they said the food came back negative. On Sunday I get a phone call with the head of European operations and he conferenced someone who is part of Chipotle’s American operations.  The tone of the call is so different, he just says there’s been no accounts of any other people getting sick and just deny deny deny. So I said well you took my food just tell me the results of the food.  He says there was no reason to test it because of it being in my apartment and Uber Eats driver.... so why pick up my food then.  Now I’m upset I’m just trying to tell Chipotle who has 2700 stores worldwide that the may have another outbreak like they’ve had before.  I make TikToks explaining my story of what happened to me and I get thousands of DMs from people who also have gotten food poisoning from eating at Chipotle because my Tiktoks blow up millions of views.  I out of nowhere get my TikTok account reported so I can’t post and actually at one point my account is deleted.  I still can’t post on my TikTok which is a major public health concern.  I start what’s called  CHIPOTLEGATE and start posting everyone’s DMs to me.  Chipotle gets very angry about this and sends me a letter for defamation and ask if I have counsel.

So this gofundme is to pay for my lawyers fees  because Chipotle is threatening me with lawsuits for defamation and my personal bills related to this matter that I'm paying out of pocket. All the money I don’t use to defend myself will be used to pay other Chipotle’s victims hospital bills.
