William (Chip) Turner was a great man and loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved his grand babies more than anything in this world. He loved life but this year was so tough on him losing his sister just a few months ago. He wouldn’t ask for anything but would give the shirt off his back for anyone. We love you old man.
