Help Hosts with Doug's Winter Party: Texas Edition Expenses

The response to a Doug's Winter Party in Texas has been overwhelming! This has required us to move to the Roanoke Town Square. PD is blocking off the surrounding streets, preparing for the largest Doug's Winter Party in the world!
The Setup:
- This move provides a large and beautiful space to comfortably come together with access to great restaurants and shops.
- A bright, 20' LED Video Wall to ensure that everybody attending can easily watch Doug's live stream from PA!
- (2) Additional Large Screens will let us party-hop into other Doug's Winter Party streams from around the world!
- We will also be streaming OUR event, inviting Doug's partygoers from everywhere into our great state!
- Live music and DJ's will keep the party going... "Until the Cops Arrive"!
This is not a revenue generating event - It's just an open party that has gone viral! To make this even remotely possible with 5 days lead time, my volunteers and myself have gone to great lengths to barter, solicit donations, create sponsorship opportunities, and offer exposure through my own social media platform, reducing costs by >70%. Unfortunately there are still remaining costs, which are being absorbed by my volunteers and myself, personally.
I've created this campaign for those who would like to help reduce the out-of-pocket expense to the party hosts and possibly contribute to additional amenities like Bounce-House and Kids Activities, snacks, etc.
