Chip in, Change Dina's Life

Well-loved and driven by her relationships with family and friends, our mother long has been a cornerstone of our community. Her strength, values and leadership have guided and inspired our family, our community, and everyone she has touched. As the matriarch of our family, she is the glue that binds us no matter where we are in the world, whether it be Manila, California, or Washington.

In September, she was diagnosed with AML Leukemia. Unable to breathe on her own, she is now in the ICU and experiencing complications that are a result from chemotherapy. Aside from her chemo, she is also undergoing multiple platelet and blood transfusions. She will have to endure this treatment regimen with the possibility of a bone marrow transplant for 6 more months. Despite this, she remains resilient and her willingness to overcome this disease has been inspiring.

How you can help
Not only has our mother taught us to be strong and independent, she instilled in us the importance of community. She has been a pillar of support for her family, her employees and her friends, we write this now to ask for your financial support to help her get through the next few months with her treatment. She is a fighter, and with your contribution, we will fight this disease with her.
