Help Chinnor Cricket Club raise much needed funds

Our friend and club old-timer Matt Luxford who currently resides in the sunnier climate of Dubai has decided to take up the unenviable task of trying to make himself healthy and has thrown himself into the deep end by committing to run the Dubai Marathon on February 12th 2023.

Matt would like to give back to the club that taught him the sport that he loves, especially now he has seen the wonderful things that the new committee and ground staff team are trying to achieve without the correct tools and equipment to do so.

He is hopeful that through various fundraising efforts, including his own that many future generations can benefit as he did from a warm patriarchal sporting club and that Chinnor CC will never again not have cricket played on its village green.
