Chinmaya’s cancer companions

Beloved friends and family, thank you all so much for your love and donations so far. Sadly, Chinmaya left his body on March 1st. I'm happy to let you know that we managed to achieve everything we wanted to, covering the expenses of his treatment and completing the building of the garden house. It made Chinni very happy to know how supported and loved he was. He was very proud of the new building, and was looking forward to spending time there and continuing to create and share his music and writing.

To all my friends whom I have loved and who have loved me.

Since four months now I am dealing with stage 4 Osophagus cancer.

My process is all about Trust: in Life, Osho, Existence, whatever you want to call it. It’s a will to live - mainly for the sake of Naveena and Koyal, but also from my ‘ego’ (or my karma, or my noble motives to add beauty to the world).

This cancer is a teacher on a very deep level, or let’s say I receive it as teachings. outbursts of anger, irrational resentments, blind judgements of people. Then experiencing a warmth and intensity of love that increases all the time as the shit above drops away. Because once seen and consciously recognised these things are pain and fear related.

And it became clear right from the diagnosis on that I choose love over fear. That’s what makes me me!

First and foremost this is a GoHealMe appeal. I am grateful simply for your blessings for my healing, although funds are still needed for my treatments from anyone who still wishes to share.

The GOOD NEWS is, that thanks to all your generosity, we now have enough funds for construction of an outside shower/toilet/extension to our little garden summerhouse, to turn it into a healing space for me and to let Naveena and Koyal have some space in our tiny cottage. Work should complete in first week of February.

For those of you who feel able to support us financially, I am asking for funds to help us continue to pay for the alternative treatment plan I am following. Conventional chemo and operation have been ruled out by my oncologist as my lungs are too severely damaged (years of smoking, I'm afraid) This is proving to be expensive and ongoing. I am not yet able to put a final price on it, but with your understanding I will now keep this fundraiser open.

This is the treatment plan from my integrative doctor Rajendra Sharma:

Orally:A combination of Artesunate (wormwood), Resvetarol (active ingredient in red grapes) and Melatonin.

Subcutaneous: Mistletoe

Intravenously: 20+ doses of alternate curcumin (turmeric) and hi-dose Vitamin C

Plus continuing a huge range of nutritional and medical supplements that support my immune system and overall healing abilities.

I am feeling a little stronger every day, surrounded as I am by so much love and care. And I'm determined to heal so that I can continue my life aim of leaving this Earth a little more beautiful than I found it.
