2020 F3 Mission to Chimbote Peru
From January 24th to February 2nd, I'll be serving alongside ~20 other F3 Nation brothers - mostly from Charlotte, but a few others like me from F3 regions around the U.S. in Chimbote, Peru. We will be assisting Friends of Chimbote / Our Lady of Perpetual Hope Church meet critical needs in the barrios of Chimbote.
Some of the primary activities we'll be involved in include building new livable shelters for several families in the barrio, interacting with the families, and leading F3 workouts to continue the mission of invigorating male community leadership. Our Lady of Perpetual Hope has established great relationships through the years with residents of the local barrio and have been assisting them in living better lives. They need all the extra hands they can get!
I’d be very grateful if you’d consider helping me get to Chimbote! My trip will cost $2,000 (which includes travel costs and supplies needed by the families). With your help I hope to raise these funds in time for our departure! All I need is for 50 friends & family to contribute $40 a piece. I know finances can be tight for everyone, so with a lot of people contributing a small piece, this can make my trip possible! Would you consider helping me in this endeavor?
Would you also pray for our team as we prepare to go in January? We believe this trip has the ability to change our lives and the lives of those living & serving in Chimbote, Peru!
