Chilly was first adopted in 2017 in a box with his littermates on the side of the freeway in Washington State. Since being adopted, Chilly has lived a good life and lives up to his name as a chill, healthy, friendly kitty. Like any other beloved kitty, Chilly loves to stand on his mom's belly at 3 am to demand food and affection.

A few days ago, Chilly got into an accident where he had to be rushed to the hospital and get surgery. The injury was so severe that one of his back legs had to be amputated to provide him with the best recovery.

This is where we need your help; Chilly doesn't have insurance, and his medical bills and other fees have added up to $8000. We are asking for any amount of donations to help ease the financial stress for Chilly's hard-working mom. Chilly's mom wishes to spend more time at home with him, especially during the first month of his post-op recovery. And with your help, she can afford to take more time off to care for him.
