Hi, my name is Stef and I'm fundraising for my family's cat named Chili. On July 21st, 2022, Chili came home limping and hid out of sight for the entire night. The following morning, my dad took him to the veterinarian and had x-rays done. The x-rays revealed a fractured bone in his left arm, where a BB pellet is now lodged. The surgery needs to be done by an orthopedic surgeon, who quoted us $5,000 for the surgery alone. Medication, x-rays, and appointment costs are separate.

Somebody shot an innocent, small cat with a BB gun, probably trying to kill him. I cannot understand why anyone would do this.
