Our Enterprise Fundraiser for Children 1st Scotland

As part of our Early Education and Childcare course at Gardyne College, we are taking part in an Enterprise project where we’ve been challenged to plan and run our own event.

Our group has chosen to raise money for Children 1st Scotland, a charity close to our hearts. Children 1st (formerly the Royal Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) is a leading national organisation dedicated to protecting children from harm, abuse, and neglect. They support families directly, help children recover from trauma, and champion children’s rights in line with the UNCRC. Their work spans communities, schools, and homes across Scotland, ensuring every child is safe, heard, and supported.

To do our part, each of us will be taking on a personal challenge, and together we will be running a Tombola Stall within the college to raise as much as we can for this incredible charity.
