First of all a little about me
Danny Salloum (tennis pro, & volunteer, recent cancer survivor myself) 
I'm a resident of orange county (Anaheim) California , 

-I am a volunteer with children's hospital Orange County  (CHOC)  & Children's hospitals of Los Angeles (CHLA)  for the last 12 years 

- I will be creating 3 full day events; spring (April) , summer (July) & fall (September )  throughout the year involving children who suffer from cancer and utilizing several themes (baby farm animals,  arts and crafts , quick start tennis ) 

-I have done bunch of smaller events,  at my expense, many of you have been to them in southern California but this year I would like to grow it,  and needed help,  but luckily a lot of my friends and network friends believe in me and quickly helped 

-the funds will be distrubuted for the food & drinks,  the basic materials,  I will have volunteers from the high school kids from the tennis academy I work at to help (they love it) & plenty of parents willing to help ,  as well as maintaining the safety of the children (extra nurses,  emergency materials,  and services fornany reason) 

-These funds will be used to create the events for the children,  throughout the year, the money will not go specifically to the hospitals,  but specifically for the events so the children can have a fun filled day of laughter and day without the hospital and sick atmosphere they are accustomed to.

Goal!!:
Hi, everyone as you all know about my involvement with the children from all over the world who suffer through cancer. I have a deep deep sentiment to the children, it was the reason I received the key to city of LA few years ago. It is the reason why I have volunteered for last 12 years, but over the years, I felt that was never enough so I wanted to do more and more ... Create events, host, just do more on bigger scales; whether it is a day at Disneyland, or toys during Christmas. I rarely ask for others to help because it is a personal devotion in my life, and no one's responsibility but myself to acheive my form of happiness and life goals.. A lot of you know me, some not personally, but from what you see I hope I have able to be a role model, and a responsibility of faith and hope in human nature. Last year I have learned more about these children than I never I thought I would, going through what they go through: the chemo, the radiation, the oral capsules, the emotional and physical trauma.... The pain, the sadness, the fear, the depression . I learned through all this the only time all that goes away is soon as the sound of laughter surrounds the room ,it only takes one person to start laughing , causes another , and another ... The moment you laugh so hard, that it all goes away... The truth is "laughter is the best medicine " it is contagious and I'm asking to all my friends to lend a help in making this a year of laughter but only if you can, I know we all deal with different problems, and I appreciate you all . I want to create an environment of laughter where laughing is as contagious as a disease and as curing as medicine **Whatever amount I am able to raise, I will match it personally because it's the least these children deserve for their bravery** I alone thank you just for spending time reading my message...
