Hello everyone!

Newport Public Library is proud of our recent effort providing increased programming for you. We have seen a large number of new faces, and we thank each of you for being a part of our growing community. Growing usage requires growing collections of books, magazines, audios, and videos.

One of our current missions at the library is to expand and improve the Children’s area (including our Young Adult area). These improvements will give our young people access to more books and educational materials, supporting our dedication to encouraging early literacy and addressing the need for enrichment throughout our students’ years of education.

 As a nonprofit organization, we rely primarily on community funding for both operations and new projects. None of our efforts would be possible without the help of donors, volunteers, and supportive community members like you. Please consider donating to help us reach our goal of $3,000 to provide additional shelf space to display our new kids’ and young adult materials. Our whole community will

greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness.
