September is Go Gold for childhood cancer awareness month.

Calebs Trio of Hope SC051825 are organising a childrens sponsored 2k run on Sunday 11th September at Victoria Park Glasgow.

Caleb is 6yrs old and was diagnosed with cancer age 3 he continues to fight this battle daily after being placed on pallative care 2yrs ago.

Caleb will be walking/running the 2k with his siblings,cousins and school friends to raise awareness of childhood cancer and to help other families with a childhood pallative care cancer diagnosis.

This will be no mean feat for Caleb as he struggles to walk short distances and suffers from pain in his legs due to the after affects of chemotherapy.

However he will have his family and friends running/walking with him to give him the strength and encouragement he needs.

Calebs family and friends have never did the 2k run before so this will be a new challenge for them the majority are all aged 8 and under so will be a new challenge for them to participate in.

All the children running are aiming to raise as much funds as possible to help raise funds for other children battling cancer,so please share and donate what you can.
