Children First: Digital Well-Being Project brings parents, educators, mental-health professionals, technology experts, lawmakers, and concerned citizens together around one shared belief: children’s safety, dignity, and well-being must come before engagement, profit, and screen time. We share reliable information about youth mental health, suicide prevention, cyberbullying, online exploitation, sextortion, harmful content, sleep disruption, social comparison, and the ways digital platforms are designed to capture attention. We believe technology can benefit young people, but safeguards must keep pace with the risks. Our goals are to help families recognize warning signs, make trustworthy research easier to understand, encourage respectful public discussion, support practical solutions, and give communities a place to organize and act.
Funds raised will support the development of the Children First Digital Well-Being Project and related educational technology through AI Advantage LLC. Contributions will be used to create age-appropriate digital-use education, parent and teacher resources, workshops, research materials, and safety-focused technology designed to help children develop healthier relationships with phones, social media, artificial intelligence, and online platforms. Funding will also support legal guidance, educator and child-development consultation, software development, cybersecurity, testing, hardware and equipment, community outreach, pilot programs, and operational costs required to build and deliver these resources responsibly. We are committed to using funds transparently and directing resources toward measurable educational tools, safer technology, and programs that put children’s well-being first.
Technology no longer needs to be the only voice in the room. Humanity has a voice too. Our mission is to create human-centered technology and AI systems that strengthen communities, support educators, help parents, and protect children. We need educators, parents, attorneys, child-development specialists, mental-health professionals, software developers, hardware partners, community leaders, donors, and volunteers who believe technology should serve people—not control them. Your support can help us develop educational tools, safety standards, hardware, software, legal protections, pilot programs, and community resources that put children first. Please join us. Share this mission, contribute what you can, offer your skills, introduce us to others, or help us reach the people who can move this work forward. Together, we can build technology that is safer, more responsible, and more human.
