Children and Family's in need in Kenya

Donation protected

Hey everyone!

I’m doing a 300km walk before Pentecost to support families in Kenya, and I’d love your help! Every step I take is for a great cause—helping providing clean water, and making sure people can reach doctors or hospitals when they need to.

A little goes a long way, and every donation makes a real difference. Whether it’s the cost of a coffee or a bigger gift, you’re helping change lives!

Let’s walk this journey together—please donate if you can!

Word from Kamil

We provide individual help for children, when it comes to schools, and we also have children and young people who require medical help. The boys, Peter and Robert, are still waiting for a signal from the doctors and a green light from the family, unfortunately the boys' brother, a Kenyan soldier, is very reluctant to allow the boys to go to hospital. For Peter, however, this is a dream come true, to at least slightly alleviate his current condition. We want to send Brian and Cheptoo for their check-ups in April. Both of them had their operations at the eye hospital in Kikuyu, they will also need to go there. Here, similarly, their parents are completely deprived of the possibility to organize it themselves. Each trip costs a few dozen pounds. Peter and Robert probably have cerebral palsy, they can't walk, they also have very serious speech problems. What next, that's what we're trying to find out. In the hospital, which is called Tenwek, they told us they need to do an MRI.

Brian and Cheptoo, on the other hand, had serious eye infections, Brian had to have an eye removed, while Cheptoo underwent a long course of treatment and thank God everything is going well.

WORDS IN POLISH

Obydwoje swoje operacje mieli w szpitalu okulistycznym w Kikuyu, tam tez beda potrzebowali sie udac. Tutaj podobnie, ich rodzice kompletnie sa pozbawieni mozliwosci, aby zorganizowac to samodzielnie. Koszt kazdej takiej wyprawy to kilkadziesiat funtów.

Brian i Cheptoo z kolei mieli powazne infekcje oczu, Brian musial miec usuniete oko, natomiast Cheptoo zostala poddana dlugiemu leczeniu i dzieki Bogu wszystko idzie dobrze.
