The NSPCC works tirelessly to protect children, prevent abuse, and give young people the safe and secure childhood they deserve. One of its most vital services is Childline. This can be a lifeline for children and young people in distress, offering a safe space to talk, be heard, and find hope.

I know the impact of this work first-hand. As a Childline volunteer counsellor, I had the privilege of listening to and supporting children through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I know the power of a single conversation and how this can help young people feel less alone, more understood, and better able to cope.

This fundraiser is about ensuring that support is always there — day or night — for every child who needs it. Every donation, no matter the size, helps train counsellors, keep the phone lines open, and provide essential resources to protect and empower young people.
