Help the Proskey's rebuild from the Marshall fire

I'm Noah, and I have set up this GoFundMe page on behalf of my parents, Paul and Brenda.

The funds will be spent on temporary housing, replacing the countless things insurance either won't cover inside the home, or won't pay for until it is too late. Additionally, this funding will help pay for deductibles, clothing, replacement medicine, and other needs.

Brenda and Paul Proskey have lived in Louisville since the early 90's, raising both myself and my brother Jonathan. Their home on Eldorado lane in the cornerstone neighborhood was totally destroyed in the Marshall fire with everything inside and two cars out front. Thankfully, they were in Colorado Springs celebrating Brenda's birthday (December 30th) and were nowhere near the wildfire.

What a 57th birthday present huh? To make matters worse, Paul's mother, Rose, had just passed away in November, and the whole family is still reeling from that. While Rose’s inherited condo has survived the fire, there is ash and smoke damage, and will require restoration while Paul and Brenda live there. We are hoping to make this time of grief and rebuilding a little easier with this GoFundMe for a couple who have dealt with enough loss in the last 3 months to last a lifetime.

Shown in the photos are the house and the cars that were lost. The countless irreplaceable memories, photos, and keepsakes from decades of living there, will be the hardest part.
