Keep Me Out of Jail for Child Support to My Rapist

Hi,
I'm a mother of 7. My youngest child has Down syndrome. My oldest children are 15 and almost 13.
My ex husband Joel, who is the father of my oldest two children, is an autogynephile in the closet (transgender identifying as a woman). He is a subcontractor for the government at a company with ties to the intelligence community. During our divorce he raped me. Since then he's filed feloniously false CPS reports about me, stalked me, and created an online campaign consisting of fake accounts to appear as though Satanists were targeting me and my children.
My ex makes around 250k a year so he was able to hire an attorney to sue me for custody and win one year after our divorce (after the divorce, the doctrine of res judicator prevented me from bringing up anything that happened prior to the date of divorce, including the rape and the crossdressing and the desire for a sex change that he wanted).
I was the non-moneyed spouse who couldn't afford such things, all because I devoted years of my life putting him through school and I just always wanted to be a mom so I had basically no career. I did go to law school, graduating soon after our divorce, but when I started having more babies after law school, that made it really difficult for me to study so I haven't passed my bar yet.
My oldest two kids wanted to live with me but that hasn't been possible because he's always had the upper hand.
I'm asking for help raising the rest of the money to get the debt paid off so I don't have to face jail time. My husband and I do not have tons of money laying around and feeding 7 kids and paying child support has been very difficult for our budget.
I'm being threatened with jail time if I don't pay the government all the money Joel wants. I don't know if he is receiving any of the child support I send in or if it is going towards paying off Medicaid or Food Stamps, as I have had to be on food stamps ever since he stopped paying child support in 2012. He uses the free lunch program to pay for my kids' school lunches, so I'm sure it will go to pay that back as well.
