Chihuahua’s eye surgery
Donation protected
My beloved Chihuahua named dollar got into an accident and his left eye popped out and he lost a lot of blood. He needs a surgery the remove his left eye in order for him to survive.
All I could do is pray for him that he will make it thru.
The operation costs $4000. Right now i’m in so much debt. I’m totally lost and have no idea how I would be able to cover all the medical expenses.
We really appreciate all the helps and all donations
Dollar’s Story
Dollar came into our family about 10 years ago. His previous owners were a couple who had broken up and he was left with the boyfriend. Our family was friends with the couple and his owners would let us babysit Dollar when they were away. After the break up, Dollar was neglected by the boyfriend and was often left with our family. He would leave Dollar for months and disappeared. We grew to love Dollar so much and it was to the point that we thought he was ours. But the boyfriend same back. He asked to take Dollar for a couple of days, but it wasn’t a couple of days, it was months. Then he brought Dollar back to us and left again. It keeps happening, he brings Dollar then he takes Dollar away, and every time Dollar comes to us, Dollar is in a bad condition. The last time Dollar came back from him, he was starving, dehydrated and his skin was blue. After that time, we never let Dollar leave with him again. When he came back for Dollar again, we hid Dollar. My dad paid him and I never saw his face again.
Dollar is now about 13 years old. He is a strong feisty little chihuahua with the biggest heart. He loves cuddles and kisses and is always by our side. He loves going for walks… but he likes to be in a backpack. We do the walking, and he sits in the backpack enjoying to view. Every time we bring any backpack out, he rushes inside. He won’t come out until we carry him somewhere, even if it’s just from the bedroom to the kitchen.
You'll catch Dollar hanging out and cuddling with cats more than dogs because cats are chill. Dollar loves his cats siblings more that he love his dog siblings.
Although he’ll lose an eye, we are sure Dollar will live the happiest life. He’ll continue to climb into our backpacks, he’ll continue sleep in a silly position, he’ll continue to sunbathe in the grass and he’ll continue to chase me when I run away from him (a little slower now that he’s old).
Thank you for listening and thank you for you donations. We really appreciate you guys and wish all goodness in you life.
