Members of the Chico Matrix Power 15 volleyball team coached by Tom Melton and assisted by Lain Hensley will be heading to Minneapolis, MN to compete in the USA Volleyball Girls’ Junior National Championships from June 25 to July 4. They are the only team from California who qualified to play in the 15’s American Division. The girls will stack up against the best 64 teams from across the country.  We need your help to off set the travel expenses for the National competition.  The girls are beyond excited and honored to compete nationally and represent Chico and the state of California.

 

The Matrix Power 15 roster features 12 players in 8th and 9th grades – Jade and Jordan Bennett, Lauryn Beth, Natalie Ernandes, Cami Hensley, Makenna Joyce, Bailey Lange, Bryn Melton, Julia Shepherd, Ellie Sheridan, Caroline Stephens and Adri Safford.
