Chibuzor Elijah

My name is Laura and I am raising money to send my grandmother, Chibuzor, home to Nigeria after her recent passing.

My grandmother came to live with me and my family in September 2021. Coming to the United States was her dream of hers, as is for many of my family in Nigeria. Even though her time in the USA with my family was too short, I enjoyed having her here and I know she appreciated being here as well.

Because most of her family, her husband and most of her children and grandchildren, live in Nigeria, I know that it wouldn't be right to send her off without reuniting her with the rest of her family. It is expensive very expensive to do so, but it's what her loved ones want the most and I know that she would want this as well.
