Cheyenne and Mom in dire straits

Donation protected
As I create this page, my mom and I are a few days away from being in the streets.
Two years ago my mom had a major stroke.  She came home from the hospital in a wheelchair facing a long, hard road to recovery - but recover she did.  Recently, my mom had a series of minor strokes.  She was hospitalized for a while but is home now and making major strides in her recovery from these recent incidents.
However, having a job that doesn't offer paid sick time and that recently stopped offering AFLAC, our income stopped.
Although she is supposed to be resting and going to therapy, she is on the bus traveling places to try to get help.  We have been denied rental assistance because of the type of residence we have.  We went to donate plasma, which would have paid us each time and would have summed up to half the monthly rent, but we were denied because of where we live.  They specifically stated that occupants of extended stay furnishings are considered high-risk.  Yes, they put us in the same category as drug addicts and prostitutes just because of our address.
Due to my mom's medical issues, our lack of income, and the numerous residence obstacles, we are now a few short days from being on the streets.  I am currently trying to find a job myself but have only gotten interviews - no offers.
My mom has been there for me everyday, supported me, and sacrificed for me in all I do.  She has been both mother and father for most of my life.  When my graduation fell between Mother's Day and her birthday and there were events needing new outfits, hair done, and other things making money tight, my mom said, "We aren't doing Mother's Day and my birthday this year.  They will come around again next year, your graduation will not."  She was so serious about not celebrating her two events that she got kind of mad at me for spending money on greeting cards for her.  She has always been selfless like this.
Please help me keep a roof over our heads.  We'll be fine once my mom starts working again, but until then we could use the blessings of caring people.
