Cheyenne and her Dad, Dwayne Stump need your help
Please Help Cheyenne and her Dad,
Dwayne Stump, with their rent and
monthly expenses to avoid losing
everything they own.
My name is Tammy Catlett. I am
Cheyenne’s Aunt and her dad is Dwayne Stump. Cheyenne’s mom was my
younger sister. In 2014 , my sister was
diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Cheyenne was only 3 years old. For the next 18 months, I would drive from TN
to Ga to pick Cheyenne up every 3 weeks so My sister could receive
chemotherapy, recover and rest for the week. On June 6, 2015, my sweet brave sister lost her battle. Cheyenne and her Dad ended up moving to TN for a new
start, but also so I could help with
Cheyenne .
Two weeks ago Cheyenne”s Dad,
Dwayne Stump, went to the ER because he thought he had something caught in
his throat. Upon seeing him, they
immediately admitted him due to what they thought was a hole in his esophagus, tumors down his throat ( one being a golf size tumor ) and he was also extremely
septic . Because he was highly agitated,
they had to sedate him so he would not
hurt himself further and allow doctors to do some procedures to figure
out what they were dealing with. In the mean time, he had to have a
tracheostomy and feeding tube inserted .
If things weren’t bad enough, he began
having unexplained seizures. For two
weeks, he has not been awake and every time they bring him out of sedation, he
immediately has another seizure. Today
they had to put him into a medically
induced coma while they began taking
him off all seizure medications
except one and see the results. some of
the test performed today will take one
week to get back and if he doesn’t
improve, he may be transferred out of
our area .
So this is what we know, there is no hole
in his esophagus, no cancer and currently
all test have come back clear. He has an
infection in his esophagus that has
almost closed his airway and
unfortunately does not seem to be
improving with antibiotics. There is also some unexplained bleeding .
Dwayne is self employed and has no
income when not working. We are trying to help pay his rent and monthly
expenses so Cheyenne and her dad does not lose everything they own and he has a home to come back to.
Please consider giving. No amount is too small and any donation is appreciated. If
you are unable to give, then please just
pray. We desperately need for him to
wake up. We also need some answers. But most of all, Cheyenne needs her dad. They are so close and I can’t imagine her
losing him as well.
We would be so grateful for any help you can give. God Bless you.
