Chevy's Eye Needs Your Kindness

My dog Chevy is about 8 years old. He is a rescue from a fight ring in California and we've had him for about 2 years. He is such a good boy and he has adjusted well to us and our home. He is still and perhaps will always be a bit reactive around any dog but he still gets out for his walks and people socializing.

Lately he's had a wet eye and we have just noticed he had a lump around his eye ball. We don't know what it is but it's obvious from his wet eye and his swollen eye area that is must be uncomfortable.

My husband and I both work but still we live paycheck to paycheck and we have not been able to save enough to even consider taking him to a vet yet. But I'm afraid his lump will swell out of control and or maybe be something serious.

Chevys had a hard life for 6 years before we got him to our home and I feel bad we can't help his eye.

I'm hoping that this will maybe help his cause. I know it's hard for everyone these days, but if you can spare a bit to help Chevy .. we appreciate you so much
