Chesterbrook Community Foundation is an organization committed to promoting the academic and social development of the children living in the Chesterbrook Gardens and Dana Court public housing developments in Waltham.
2018 has been a big year for both the Chesterbrook and Dana Court learning centers. The two new Directors are off to a great start and we have a record number of students participating in the programs this year.
This is where we need your help. In order to support the kids at the centers without sacrificing the quality of the program, we need more funding.
We are hoping to raise $8,000 to support programming at Chesterbrook, where children are benefitting from the support of Bentley University mentors in the after-school program. This funding would allow the program to stay open during the months of January and May, and it would ensure that there is enough staff to supervise the kids.
The students, community members, and the CCF board members are incredibly appreciative of any donation.
