I have personally seen the benefits of the projects taking place in Cape Town and wanted to contribute to the cause. They help facilitate in building communities, teaching skills and providing education in and around the communities in need. In order to raise funds to support their work, I will be running the Chester Triple this year which will take place over the following events:

Chester half marathon - 19th May - COMPLETED

Chester marathon - 6th October - COMPLETED
