Chester is a 5 month old Brussels who came to join our family in January- he has had a rough life since he’s come to us, having issues with the travel from his mom and having to be force fed. Needless to say, he’s been a frequent flier at the vets. Unfortunately he slipped off the couch two weeks ago and injured his eye to the point of it not being functional. We do not want to keep him in pain or to have a life with an eye only for cosmetic purposes, so after much consideration the best thing our vet recommended was to have the eye removed. As he’s such a sweet and young babe, this surgery will give him a better quality of life and he won’t miss a beat. I absolutely hate asking for help, but his expenses have tripled because of his crazy life and it’s been tough. Even if you cannot monetarily help, sharing this will be much appreciated❤️
